Everything is nice and shiny, lots of room and the sound is incredible. The last part was highlighted by my visit to Guv to see Tiesto.

The same thing that's wrong with the staff in any nightclub with the notable exception of Boa. Dammit, where the fuck else do workers ask you how you're doing, invite you in and wish you a great time?!

Cause they don't really care...they have enough shit to deal with, and most of them don't really do this for a living anyway...just a part time thing so they could care less...and cause if you never come again someone else will...meh i dunno...why isn't ALL customer service better???

you just have to put yourselves in there positions, cause if they all had the same personalities of the owners and managers, they'd want the club to suceed phenomenially, and be very polite and curtious to everyone

at the same extent though, no need to be an asshole or in a bad mood at your job unless there is an insident where its appropriate...

I wonder how Boa got their staff to 'play their game'
