Whole Albums
It's nice to listen to whole albums rather than pick out single chill-out tracks in my opinion, just load up the 70-80 minute albums and let the hour go by... here are my chill-out picks:
Chilled-Out Euphoria :: Mixed by Solar Stone (2 CDs, both awesome, 2nd is better IMO)
Chilled Euphoria :: Mixed by Red Jerry (2 CDs as well, 1st better IMO)
ATB :: Two Worlds (CD 2 only for chillout)
Beautifully mixed... incredible music.

Schiller - Dream of you
St. Germain - Sure thing
Albion - Air
Impact - Moment by moment
I think progressive house sometimes can be good chillout music too
Besides there is a norwegian dj called Dj Friendly that plays every saturday\sunday on NRK P3. He plays really really really soft and friendly chillout music, and it's just wonderful to listen to. He plays music you want to hear when you come home from a party and just want to relax or sleep I think his show start 06 or 07 in the morning

Aurol Float - Introspection
...and another track that I listen to for years but I only have an Internet rip (with total recorder) of it, so I...just...gonna post it here. I first heard it on space night (everyone from Bavaria, Germany SHOULD know space night!!)
