but i dont know how different canada really is from the US. our gov't does put in place policies and what not to protect the people, sorta, but there are also other things that are a bit fcked up up north. we may be proud of our 'diversity' but deep down, we are a melting pot not any different from the US. i hope you dont come to canada with many expectations just to be disappointed in us

I don't think you can generalise Canadians to either side, the same way that I don't think you can generalise Americans to be that way. That might be what you're used to, but I don't think it's the norm for all Americans.

In both countries you'll get some laid back, some money chasers and varieties of the females going after the males and the males going after the females.
