anyways. the same thing applies to anyone dealing with death (ive had close ones die too)

be there. Dont intrude, but be close, ask if they need anything, just let them know that there are reasons people are alive. Because we care, we love, all that stuff. It gets pretty dark when you realize mortality. Life seems pointless, etc. Gotta show em the flipside to it all

the best thing to do is just listen to her. it makes people feel better to talk about it. usually they'll do all the talkikng, so you won't have to say much except, "i know", or "i understand".

it also helps to say the usual, "he/she's in a better place now". if she has any religion in her life, just bring that up too. tell her that it's all in God's hands and that it's just a part of life.

we went to dinner with my sister and her bf. they're quite normal compared to her, and i am quite normal compared to her, but we all got along rather nicely

edit : it looks like i rather need a shave, too

oo, bad luck? i dont think so.

a few weeks ago, before i turned 18, she was over at my house a lot late at night, and i would have to take her home in my busted ass, one headlight, no muffler, uninsured, expired inspection pickup truck. got pulled over 3x while she was in it, i had nothing, no licence on me, no registration, got away free, no tickets . she is my good luck charm. others, however.... not so lucky. but still!! the kid was riding his bike, fell off, and had his head ran over by a van. wtf
