My sleeping pattern at the moment is absolutley awful. I will be going to bed about 3am every night and have to get up for 6am to be at work for 6.30am. And then on Friday when I go out, I will come home, go to bed and sleep for about 15 hours or sometimes even more. It's like I get 3 hours of sleep a night and then catch up at the end of the week. Can't be healthy at all but I just can't get out of this routine.

And speaking of alarm clocks, and the throwings of them; I once had one of those football alarm clocks that you throw against the wall to turn them off. One night my alarm clock was set on snooze so obviously after throwing it to turn it off it'd go off again in 10 mins time. But after throwing it, I awakened about an hour later to find no clock next to my bed. I was thinking wtf, and was quite pissed off having missed my first lesson of the day. Turns out in my ever so sleepy state i'd carelessly thrown the ****** straight out the window that i'd left wide open the night before, and being up on the 3rd floor there wasn't much left of my clock anymore

I never wake up in the middle of the night, and if I don't set an alarm I will sleep for about 18-20 hours before waking.

It's horrible to sleep that long because you get so dehydrated that it's just like having a hangover even if you weren't drinking.

I can wake up on time, but most worry about driving to work and actually going to work still inebriated. Have had a few fun drives into work and try to act half sober when I get there. Weekends no prob, except I normally waked up at the normal time and am stressed that I have to work and go to kitchen to make coffee for no reason.

i do use an alarm clock, but in me semi-conscious state i woke up, ckecked the time (although didn't actually pay any attention to the fact that it was 3:15).

figured the alarm failed & everyone had gone to work without me..

i dont sleep well when i know i have to get up early.
and i usually get out of bed at about.... 8:20, so i'm not used to the 7am starts yet.
