I think I remember reading on Armin's site that he once played a 24-hour set, but I don't know if it was recorded.

A Malaysian DJ called Maverick attempted to break the world record earlier this year.. played for around 86 hrs. He didn't manage it .. fell short by a couple of hours. But still its amazing.
