YOU MAY BE IRON DEFICIENT!! or not. i have a friend who has a serious case of iron decifiency that causes her to pass out if she does not get enough iron in her system. she told me that she can sense when the iron in her blood is getting low by her eyes twitching nonstop.

Interesting, because in the last week I've had the exact same thing. Actually, there it goes right now. I think its from a fucked sleep schedule, since I'm staying with my buddies who are home for the summer and sleep has been knocked down the priority list.

That cant be - bananas have been a staple of my diet since I arrived at my friends house (since we're low on cash and are pretty much eating soup and ramen and such, I've been buying and eating an assload of bananas for some nutrition.)

I was under a lot of stress a couple of months ago and i got a eye twitch. Cut down my pc use and reduced my stess now im good as new. just remember...

stress + pc = twitch

OK my left eye was twitching every time I blinked. I went to the DR cause it was buggin the piss out of me. He couldnt figure it out. I am 29. Never drank coffee in my life. For a few weeks I did so at the beginning of this year. When I stopped drinking it, my eye stopped twitching. Then I realize it started twitching when I started the coffee. I hope that makes sense. so what I am trying to freaking get it is that it was twitching from the coffee.

Dude i got the same problem, its been bugging me out cuz mine is like all damn day for the last 3 weeks. Mines in my left eye, im hoping it doesn't have anything to do with my eyebrow piercing
