yeah i wanna know how to remove the eartip to clean. i'm finding it difficult to remove them

Ummm the site said not to remove them. All it said was:

Cleaning Your Earplugs

-Do not take earplugs apart; clean with damp cloth

-Use warm water and mild soap to remove dirt

-Do not use alcohol

yeah the funny thing is the packaging says (same design of earplugs)...

Remove the ear tip from the end cap and stem. The ear tip can be cleaned with warm water and mild soap.
