i sincerely hope they don't embarass themselves again by bringing out another shit cd deck. technics have spent far too long working with analog sound to have any clue about cd decks (this is why they also make piss-poor mixers)

the numark cd-x1 is supposed to be the best thing around for cd scratching etc at the moment, have you tried one of those? that actually has a 12" vinyl on a proper spinning platter, it doesn't look as cool, but then again its what it does that counts. other than that, go with the cdj1000, its a safe bet and all the clubs use them
