I think a bashing or negative/puke forum would come in handy.
Nowadays every serious thread is being raped within two or three replies. After those replies the thread is dead.
So it would make sense if you could sent these thread ruiners to another forum.
Honestly it's hard to find a serious with good information filled thread nowadays.

how exactly would we regulate and make sure the "over 18's" were really over 18?
not only that, all the people that wernt would re-register with a new birthday, plus, under 18's, ie people who are 16 and 17 who are more than mature enough to handle conversations shouldnt have the quality of the forum drop (can it drop more? ) while everyone goes into another forum.
