id like to compare that to americans and even most canadian cities. I bet the number would be higher.

Its true that although someplaces in europe drink more, they know how to handle it better. Many countries let their kids drink wine with dinner at 5 years old. And its healthy too!

Yeah I prefer the buzz too... I guess most ppl drink to get some desired effect whether it's drunk (buzzed) or drunk (passed out) LOL
