No if I thought it was a bad album, I would say:

It's a bad album.

What I mean is that there are elements of progressive trance in there, but other styles like drum 'n' bass and breaks and house and even the stutter-glitches more commonly found in IDM/braindance. So on the whole, it is of the "progressive" attitude.

"Let Me Live" is favored by many who like Hybrid's "Finished Symphony" and Chicane's "Empires".

Nubreed 4 CD2 has more of the progressive/prog trance at times influeced trip.

Third vote for GU13. Definitely Sander K's discs. If you want a more progressive and housy feel with chill melodies try Hernan Cattaneo "Renaissance Masters". It is sick. Any Nick Warren Global Undergrounds. GU 19? Digweed - "live in LA". Definitely Transport 4. Tranceport 2 - Dave Ralph. Sasha and Digweed - Northern Exposures - Expeditions.
