The 600 is also quite old now, i'd be expecting an announcement of the new model soon. anyone know how good the 909 sounds? that's the sort of thing the 600 replacement would be comparable to.

It depends...

What type of music do you spin? What's your style? Agressive cuts or long transitions? Do you scratch? Rotary vs fader preference? Do you need 4+ channels?

i just got a bozak cma-10 dla....its the same as the orignal bozak except it has 2 extra inputs and a booth out.....i pick it up sat i let u know what i think about it

if u wanna test the quality of a mixer......just make a simple flat recording from it....and pump it up in your car....u will then be able to hear what the deal is......IMO all this shit we listen to is already mastered(well most of it) and if u record it flat it should sound exactly how it sounds in the guys studio who made it....(i think).....there should be no reason to eq or process anything after u do a mix.....the only mixers i have used that u could leave flat are(at least for my taste)in order of quality)
