WOW, that abortion t-shirt is horrible. Why would ANYONE want to joke around about something like that?

All those other t-shirts are horrible too!!!

As horrible as they are, the 'Inconvience' one people use to justify themselves...

[EDIT]
I'm editing because it was mentioned to me of a situation here that someone might take offence to.
I'm just here to say that my above comment was not directed at anybody; it couldn't have been because at the time I typed it, I was not aware of it.
I appologize right now if someone had thought that; sorry

Think about it, that shirt was created to provoke people into talking about a subject that is hard to bring up. It is a shocking statement and can be taken personally. It may not be in the best taste but it did work.

The other shirts that Fir3start3r so graciously provivded a link to trivialize the statement the original shirt was trying to make.

Don't knock our society, a few people take our freedoms to the extreme but it is FAR better than living in a society where you have no right to your own opinions unless they agree with everyone elses. I wouldn't change a thing.

Wow; great points!
And I totally agree, a society without freedom of thought, even if the thought is crass or awkward, doesn't make a situation go away.

Sure the thought might not be 'forward thinking' (in that at first, it doesn't seem to solve anything) but keeping skeletons in the closet can be more damaging than bottling it up, hoping it will go away in the long run.
Trust me on this one...

I found out that I was pregnant when I was 17, and an abortion was an option, but I couldn't bring myself to have the abortion. So now I have a little girl and she is my world. It is definitley one of the hardest decisions that a women has to make, and a shirt like this could really upset someone that has had an abortion. I can't beleive that someone would think that this shirt is funny or a good idea, I think that it absolutely horrible!!

what is wrong with this picture?
It's as if you would wear this t-shirt to be "Proud" of what you've had to do, which is wrong. I think something like an abortion should be kept private not announced to the world.

That is pretty bold. I got into a situation like that a couple of years ago where my ex-girlfriend and I thought she was pregnant and when the big questions came up, we were both so scared. But at that time I dont think I would have ebeen able to do keep the baby. In that regards she was so strong and calm about it in the end. Luckily, she wasnt pregnant. But Kudos to you for going for it.

It does seem rather rude and crass doesn't it?
But then I guess that would be typical of the person actually wearing it and says everything about them...
