Does TA really have the right to prohibit talk about filesharing? Isn't discussion about filesharing (and anything else) protected under the First Amendment?

But... this is a music forum, and talking about filesharing is as good as promoting for it. So to make it simple, you just cann all talk about filesharing period. Makes everyone happy and safe from having to deal with crap.
