They're editing it so that the theatrical release makes Rated R. The DVD release will most likely be unrated though. Can't wait to see that movie.

But have any of you seen the Criterion director's cut dvd version of Robocop? That's pretty brutal... the part where they shoot the 'robocop' guy in the beginning is pretty graphic.

It was given an R rating due to the strong homosexual undertones throughout the movie. They didn't want to expose the children of the 80s to that kinda stuff by giving it a PG rating.
