belts, pully's, whatever the hells under there ;]

So I take it, I only have to take off the 4 screws in the back (where the covers slide into) and the screws from the 4 feet and the top should pop off?...i would like to attempt this tonight actually.

I appreciate your replies Dirk W., pardon my ignorance...but how do i get the top cover off w/out taking off the tonearm? it seems as if it has to detach in order for the grey cover top to slide off. am i correct or does this come off with the top cover? Also what screws must come out to accomplish this? thanks again!

There should be nothing to do with the top cover at all.... You flip it over, remove the base screws, whatever else screws are on the bottom and then you are accessing the RPM buttons and other things. Don't worry about the top of the turntable. As the instructions say, make sure you have it rested on a coffee can or whatever in order to make sure the tonearm and whatever else isn't getting smashed in the process of doing all this. Follow the instructions explicitly and you should be fine.
