I like both uplifting and progressive, but if I would HAVE TO choose, i'd go for uplifting.

i prefer uplifting but some prog can be sweet aswell..

but yeah uplifting rocks ma world

although I like both, I mainly prefer uplifting. The reason being: it takes you on a rollercoaster of emotions and makes you 'feel good'(IMO)....it's just a wonderful feeling

I really, really, really, LOVE uplifting!!! However, have you noticed that uplifting trance is filtering into the mainstream clubs and stuff? That is sweet to a point, because you want everyone to know how great it is, but one of the things that I dig so much about this scene is the whole "underground" feel. Although I much prefer uplifting, I am starting to get into progressive a lot more, just b/c it isn't the cool new thing.

I could listen to both styles.. but to answer your question.. i'd pick uplifting...
