"No person shall engage in playing any game such as baseball,
basketball, cricket, croquet, football, golf, rugby, soccer, tennis, nor
any other game that involves the projection of any object through the
air, such as archery, except in areas designated..."
Way to trist words, it says to play sports where designated too.
And also, who says they are actually inforced.

I have an argentine sitting here right now telling me that in the 31 years she lived in argentina, she never saw drunken nor rowdy people in parks.

Its funny how our society portrays ANY consumption of alcohol as evil. As if having a beer is going to change people into a monster. |
He wont move to Argentina, cause its a economic shithole there. Just like Chile....
Please Jayx1, to live as a real South American, you should try seeing some of your own family not able to buy enough socks for the year, or have friends who cant even find their own country on the map with their amazing public education.
The people are good to each other, cause its all they have to hold on to, faith and community.
As for the park thing, its not that bad, plus you should know, most South Americans put their alcohol in cups so that no one knows their drinking! its the spanish way!

Areas dseignated means that if there are no soccer nets, you cant play soccer. You must play whatever the city has decided you can play in that particular park, in that particular area. Also, did you read where it says the city can actually tell you how old you may be, how big you may be and how many people can participate?
