Any society that limits speed on highways to 100 km/h is just too tight-ass...

jayx1 you remind me of a friend (now ex-friend) who bitched all the time about the country, telling me that "this place is better than here, and that place is cooler" I kept telling him to move away. 10 years later, he's still bitching and I have stopped telling him to move away.

If you think that drinking beer in a park is such an issue, just move to Argentina man. Personnaly, I don't wanna see some dudes drinking beer in a park, looks ghetto and no one would want to see his kids running around some drunks in a park.

I'll go with Malek on this one.

Why not move to Argentina? Nobody is forcing you to live in this country.

Way to trist words, it says to play sports where designated too.

And also, who says they are actually inforced.

Its funny how our society portrays ANY consumption of alcohol as evil. As if having a beer is going to change people into a monster.

He wont move to Argentina, cause its a economic shithole there. Just like Chile....

Please Jayx1, to live as a real South American, you should try seeing some of your own family not able to buy enough socks for the year, or have friends who cant even find their own country on the map with their amazing public education.

The people are good to each other, cause its all they have to hold on to, faith and community.

As for the park thing, its not that bad, plus you should know, most South Americans put their alcohol in cups so that no one knows their drinking! its the spanish way!

Areas dseignated means that if there are no soccer nets, you cant play soccer. You must play whatever the city has decided you can play in that particular park, in that particular area. Also, did you read where it says the city can actually tell you how old you may be, how big you may be and how many people can participate?

to me it sounds like this laws are not really enforced. more like if some kids play some game and don't take responsibility for it and perhaps may hurt someone, then the guard can tell them they cannot play there, but otherwise he will not.

of course that is just speculations
