as to who's fault it was is kinda ambiguous:
i was coming down a street that's one lane one each side. a truck was making a left turn in front of me, so i did what everyone else does and i passed him on the right. the thing is right after that intersection on that road, it splits into two lanes in front of a traffic light and was heading for the right line at the light. but, the woman came out of a stop sign that was perpendicular to the intersection at an instance before the raod splits into two lanes. so technically it was my fault (says the cop). but she was clearly going faster than i was because my car was pushed to the side and she kept on going for about another 10 feet from the site of impact. also she had minor damage. she also obviously did not clear her way before leaving the stop sign. she most probably put pedal to metal and gunned it through the intersection
oh well. the damage is done. but my neck feels a little stiff...
