i never use my recycle bin. i dont see the point. if i want it off my pc then i want it off and i want the space it is taking up for other stuff. recycle bin for me is just like any other folder. so i never use it.

yep, me too. I occasionally just use the regular delete (that goes to recycle bin) for smaller text files and shit like that, but for big files, i am deleting them for a reason!

BTW, they STILL aren't really deleted even when you use shift-delete, they can be recovered by certain tools.

ironically, norton has a handy tool for deleting things properly in the 'advanced tools' section.
