I get the idea about using the reverb etc which is a great post mate, but cant you clear something up for me. The length of the 1/4 is say 428.5 ms thats the length of four beats in total right? 1/8 is half that so that would be the length of 2 beats?

So is it wise to put a little Pre delay effect with the reverb on??
