Ask Chemical which Postal company they sent yours on.
Ring that Postal company and find out where the hell it is, if they are any good they should be able to track it. Failing that, you could ring Customs and find out if they are holding it (if you're lucky they might be able to help you, but I would believe so, they are a government agency after all!)

I call the customs last week to know if they had my package and they were not alloud to give that kind of information to me. Even if I was giving my addresse the name on the package the compagny that ship it the kind of package. It was just riduculous.

I send and e-mail the chemical and they are currently tracking it for me. So I'll have some news soon I guess.

That sounds like a good idea, like I said, I don't think this is Chemicals problem, I know that there records usually arrive in afew days where ever you are, but I am annoyed that they haven't responded to any emails.

This problem with recent orders seems to be pretty well across the board, except for a few of you... It really sucks, Until I recieve my orders I am blacklisted from Chemical and can not order anymore.

Hopefully they will show up, but I ain't holding my breathe anymore..

Hmmm...not sure what is going on with your orders guys. I have placed about 10 orders from them in the past 2 months and I get them in 4 days flat every time, except for last weeks order which took 7 days to get here. Last year at this time is when they tried that Swiss company for shipping, and it took exactly 28 days to arrive. That was the only problem I've had here on the east coast in the states.

Doesn't Chemical have online order tracking? (I've never ordered at that store so I wouldn't know, there are plenty of good online vinylstores in the Netherlands ).

I've made 3 orders from June 28 up to the middle of July and have not received any of them... plus my replacement order hasn't came through yet either and that was sent out at the end of July. All orders were sent by Standard mail, so there's no way it can be tracked... this fucking eats ass! I've made an order in the middle of August and it came to me in a week, and another I made about a week after has arrived too, but I had to use UPS shipping to ensure that it would get to me and it did.
Also another Dj I know, Dennis Hahn, also has seen any of his orders he had made in early July.

You can't track packages sent by Standard mail.


I suggest anyone from Canada that has made an order with Chemical and has not received it within the 28 days, that you ask for your replacement package to be sent via UPS. Shipping will cost a little but it's worth it. At least you'll see the records and you can track it too.

Chemical doesn't have tracking with the regular standard shipping, but you can get it if you ask for express shipping.
I would order from the Netherlands, but most of the time those stores don't have the records that I'm looking for, probably because they're from the UK, and don't have international distribution or they're promos.

I've had 3 orders down to AU in under a week each time. Each order was placed the day the previous order replied.

It's a routing issue, not a world wide issue (unless I've got lucky?)

The orders were the previous 3 weeks (with the last package arriving on thursday last week)

You should check out Rare Records (www.rare-records.com). That store shipps loads of styles, and if something isn't in stock or isn't in their catalogue, they'll order it for you!

It's a Canadian issue. We established that a long time ago if you haven't noticed by the title of the thread.

Hey Walter, how much extra is UPS shipping over regular shipping?, do you know how much it would cost every 10 records or so?
