Errrm, are you sure this was an Essential Mix?
I actually own a double CD mix compilation by Paul Oakenfold called Fluoro which was released in 1996 and has exactly that track listing!

yeah but the retail version was slightly different and didnt have tongy chatting over it every now and then .... the essential mix had stairway to heaven which was not on the retail due to licencing
