I liked it the first time around, including the video, and I thought the simple sine melody was like pushing buttons on a telephone keypad -- graceful and light -- and a contrast to the heavier beats underpinning the work.

I think it is a triumph of Russian trance technology.

It's nice to hear trance from around the world.

Err, actually, PPK themselves took the melody from a soundtrack of a 70's Soviet movie. I believe the original track is called 'Sibiriada'.

Tijs has some sense and wouldn't do a 2004 remix of this. Aside from that, he's not doing much, if any, remixing this year, as he's said plenty of times in interviews that he's focusing more on his own productions.

What a waste of time a 2004 rmx would be, imo this tune was shit in the first place, that melody sucks.

Oakenfold still plays it now, WOW could this be because it is signed to his label?
