The reason I gonna purchase an new synt is that Me and a friend are working together. At home my friend doesn't have a synth. Now he has the money to buy a synth himself.
Because we are working together it would be a waste of money to buy the same synth. So I'm searching for a synth that is a good completion to an acces virus.
I searched the web and I think a nordlead 2 would be nice the only disadavantage is that it doesn't have any effects.
Any other recommendations?

supernova II or a waldrof q would go nice with that or invest in a percussion style synth or bassline synth i suggest the novation drumstation and a novation basstation both can be purchased on ebay for under 250.

nord lead 2 is undoubtedly a fantastic piece of kit but its virtual analogue. you already have an award winning piece of virtual analogue gear. how many detuned leads do you want?! :O thats not to say that its not good for anything else but an equivilent situation in a punk band would be like getting a second top of the range electric guitar even though you have no drumkit yet.
theres plenty of synths out there than can do stuff a virus cant but it usually employs a different kind of synthesis. one of things the virus doesnt do very well is make for a good dance piano. thats just not one of the strong points virtual analogue synthesis. kurzweil's pc1x is a really nice digital piano if thats the kind of sound you are after.
if you are dead set on getting something like your virus then yea a nord lead would do it, or a roland fantom (which has a sampler on it too), alesis andromeda (which sort of does everything and costs it too). if you want something less hard than the virus, more in line with 'that' trance sound then you might want to look around for a roland jp8000/jp8080. both have been discontinued though so you'll have to ebay it.

The Clavia Nordlead 2X is a good synth within your budget.
