I am very happy to announce that Braves have clinched their 13th consecutive disivion title ... As many of you would agree, this is one amazing feat that even the powerful Yankees might never accomplish, with all the money Steinbrenner has. The history of the Braves since 1990 has been quite amazing, and its even more amazing how the team changed from the previous year.
I think they will have the second seed in the NL, behind the Cardinals, of course, and I am picking them to beat whoever wins in the NL West in the NLDS (who will very likely finish third, due to the important LA/SF/SD series that are going on). Unfortunately, it will take a miracle for them to win in the NLCS ...
PS: I still think that winning 1 WS title with 13 consecutive division titles is better than making 2 playoff appearances in 13 years and winning in both seasons (like the Blue Jays). Look at the fact that so many teams like Red Sox and Cubbies haven't even won one World Series title in that stretch, not even talking about the fact that they didnt make it that far. So figure yourself ...
