hey, I have the same problem since switching to nero 6.3.1.20
I have all my mixes in an old folder with cue and mp3, and I was able to burn them with Nero NO PROBLEM. Just after this last update I get the same stupid error (error in line 3). I have quite some knowledge about cues and never had problems like this. very strange! and annoying...

woah! thanks!!! actually works, I would never have thought of this, cause it worked WITH spaces in earlier versions of NERO !?

Since I catched a cold and I can't do anything right now, here's a tutorial for you:
First of all, put both files in the same folder, because this makes it easier to connect them:
Open the cue file and take a look at line 3 of your cue sheet: the filename of your mp3 has to be exactly the same as the filename in the "FILE" command of your cue sheet, e.g my mp3 is called Kosmas_Epsilon-Live_At_Proton_Radio-15-01-2004.mp3, so the file command should be FILE "Kosmas_Epsilon-Live_At_Proton_Radio-15-01-2004.mp3" MP3. As far as I can see, you want to burn an mp3, so you have to put "MP3" at the end of the line 3.
Open Nero and cancel the "New Compilation" window:
