Corus has the CDN broadcast rights, just like they have for the re-runs.

They might air them as a Simulcast with Fox, like say global did for Married With children, or they will air them @ different times than Fox's premiere.

As far as I know, Teletoon/Cartoon Network were supposed to air it this fall, but now Fox wants to air it itself. And since it owns the rights, it decides when the show gets aired.

AND, last I heard, Fox can't figure out where to stick the show in (because it has way too many dumbass reality shows to air first), so it's been delayed till Mid-05 (eg. May). The episodes are already finished.
