ginos are abandoning hip hop like last year's hair gel. It's a fact!

I'm finding the same thing. Listening to z103 you can hear a bunch of songs that have been watered down for mainstream audiences like Oceanlab - Sattelite, Armin van Buuren - Burned with Desire, Motorcycle - As the Rush Comes, and Delerium - Truly. Friends of mine who used to make fun of me for being into trance are now telling me that if a good night comes along to tell them about it so they can check it out. I'm thinking all that Paranoid talk about the genre starting to die was just paranoid crazy-talk... music goes through lulls all the time. 8 years ago Rock was in a HUGE slump and it came back, Hip Hop and Rap were being shat on years ago as well. Pop is dying out (thank God!). Cheer up people, the sun is rising!

I think House is taking a big change with its direction because more and more nowadays, theres so many styles joined with it These days I just can't say that this track is progressive-house or tribal house, because its just way too dynamic & diverse. Good thinkin' Jon!

Dude check out Deep Dish - Flashdance, you'll know what type of guitar riffs I mean. Sounds of the 80's!?!
Sorry for the confusion around GU 19, that particular comp was released at the heart of the progressive sound. Digweed shows the darkest sound of progressive, which for most of us means boring beyond belief. I was then saying that those days of bspf (boring standard prog fodder) is long past. (hopefully)
