Sounds to me like he's sending "mixed messages" to the troops. And I have it, on the authority of the President of the United States, that I cannot expect our troops to continue to do the hard work if they hear mixed messages from Washington, DC.

I like campaign rhetoric.

Akin to the Kerry flip-flop terminology, the anti-American point has been utilized beyond any credibility anymore in a debate. Yet there are those who persist with it, they hate us for our freedoms and democracy

Well, unless al-Zarquawi had absolutely nothing to do but get involved in Iraqi affairs, I would tend to believe there had to be a previous supportive link in the past between the government and his radical faction. Why else is he and al-Queda in Iraq trying to upset the state of affairs?
