I am glad you can see that. Southpark is great because it does not hide its message in vague metaphors and the like. Instead they just come right out and say it at the end of every episode.

PS - Southpark rules.

Tobias, that makes a lot of sense. And I have searched the Internet a lot and many file sharing programs. And despite the illegality of it, I don't think anyone would give two shits about what we do here. What's a little file sharing amongst us when the authorities have things like Kazaa and LimeWire to worry about?

Why don't you Click here.

Have a look at out of the 1,000s, or should we say 10,000s, or is that 100,000s, of forums on the internet check out which the 103rd most popular.

You are probably right, most likely no-one will care, or get in trouble, but ffs is that worth the risk?

And this site is known to attract the odd superstar dj, and if tranceaddict is recommending and promoting ripping them off through pirating, would they like the place?

I'm not sure how old you are but I'd recommend showing a little maturity and understanding that this is a place alot of people have pride in and they have rules for a reason.

That's just wrong. This forum can't just look the other way for someone who is running out of options. And many people DO care about the illegal MP3s going around. Not all people think like you. Just respect the fact that is illegal here.

It's not ripping them off. When I download a song off the Internet it is not ripping off an artist. And how is downloading the songs off this site not a blatant violation of the no file sharing policy?

This may not be the right forum, and this had probably been debated in the past, but I have a bone to pick with the file sharing policy of this website. If the majority of these mixes are broadcasted over the radio, why shouldn't we distribute them freely? How else am I supposed to get mixes that aren't sold anywhere? And did you ever see the South Park episode about file sharing? They say that music should be freely downloaded because it is art and the artists should be stoked that so many people are listening to it, not worrying so much about making money off it. And all of our favorite trance artists are supported by our concert going anyway. I feel that the trance artists would endorse file sharing, as its the best way to proliferate their musical messages that we so dearly love. I read that message that says I have no concern for the artists that we listen to. This is false. If I didn't love them, why would I try to find so much of their art? I hope I don't alienate myself with this post, but I think that we should be able to listen to the trance artists art freely. Do you think that a god such as Dumonde or Paul van Dyk really would care that we are not paying for their music? I think that they would just be happy to know that it is affecting us. And it's not like they are hurting for the few dollars that their record sales bring in. Anyway those are just my feelings, I hope you don't hate me for them.

I read the first 3-4 sentences and stopped. Fallacy after fallacy. Do you even know how to argue?

OK I'll shut up now, but I would still appreciate it if someone could assist me in attempting to locate obscure live sets.

That would be a violation of one of the sacred sacraments of this forum. In fact, the thread is a blasphemy. Wrong from the start.
