Well considering I can't get a track that's over 7:30 (which a couple of mine are), and it's over $100 per track, that's pretty much out of the question!

Theres Traktor DJ and other programs that allow you to mix your own MP3'w/WAV's...CD's aren't your only choice.

Well, yes. I already knew of that sort of mixing, such as Atomix which is what I use. But that's just not the same...
