Well, yeah, we got off of the original thread. If you are that vital to an organization, then your services are definitely more valuable with you being there than not. The replacement cost, if even feasible with your breadth of knowledge, may be too much for the organization to bear. Demand a raise at least to compensate for the work you do in about 3 jobs worth of salary.... A good employer will realize the aforementioned and know he's f*cked if he lets you go.
