no. but i wear body armour when i stand watch and it does the same thing. we have only two sizes to choose from, large and X-large, so its more pronounced if i get an X-Large.
his is probably tailored, but its still gonna fold in the back when he shrugs or slouches because the armour is about 1/4" to 3/8" inches thick and does not move like fabric.
it just makes more sense to me than a reciever.

The Bush campaign dismissed the claims, saying it was just a wrinkle in the presidential jacket.
It also denied some web reports that Mr Bush was wearing a bullet-proof vest.
Bush aides deny Internet rumors he was wired

What appears to be a bulge in the back of President Bush's coat prompted widespread speculation.
CHANHASSEN, Minnesota (AP) -- Bush campaign aides are laughing off widespread Internet suggestions that President Bush was wired during his first debate with John Kerry, to get help from advisers.
A photo taken during the September 30th event appears to show a small, boxy shape between the president's shoulder blades.
Musings on various Web sites suggest it could have been a radio receiver so the president's aides could feed him answers during the debate.
Spokesman Scott Stanzel calls the idea "ridiculous," and adds, "Some people have been spending too many hours looking at left-wing conspiracy Web sites."
He adds, "Did you hear the one about Elvis moderating the third debate?"

Well, if it was a reciever and they DID want to cover it up, they're moving along right on track.

well it certainly doesnt look like a wrinkle in his jacket. strange that they denied that it was a bullet proof jacket.
anyway, a radio reciever still doesnt really make sense, he was too bad, i must believe that his advicers are better than that. but perhpas not?

I thought it was a bit strange for the 1st debate, but he wouldn't pull that shit for the 2nd debate, would he?:
Comparison between 1st and 2nd debates:
And no, these are not doctored. Sorry Repubs.
And finally, what's that behind Bush's tie (just above his left hand)?:
Interesting, ain't it?

Quite revealing, really.
