I think that depends if you're the DJ or not IMO. If you're the DJ in the DJ booth, the sound acoustics will be very different than if you're dancing in the crowd.

Will 99% of the crowd at a big club notice it? Doubtful. Will they care? Nope.

Well said. Club speakers aren't exactly studio monitors and honestly, after two drinks and 30 min of banging loud music, I don't think your ears can distinguish between vinyl & CD ... that's my experience anyway

on a true audiophile system they will be very obviously different.
on a club system you might be able to notice if you're paying attention

vinyls replay a wider frequency range than digital, especially the lower frequencies that you may not hear with your ears but feel with your body. Zabiela boosts the bass when he plays to try to get it as close to possible to vinyl quality so you may not have noticed much difference.
