the last thing you need to do is cover yourself up when on fever ( you want to fry your brain out??.. watch out with that stuff yo.. can cause "Brain" damange heh ) .. as for sweating it out.. well, I know that in the beginning of this, is great to go out jogging, running and sweat as much as you can.. though dry that sweat out as you sweat it.. ( don't let it dry on you.. gets cold and it may have a negative effect ) .. so yes. But your allready into that shit. I know what It feels like.. not even your bed is your frind in those situations.. I fucking hate it!! .. I usually get that stuff every 2 years.. last time I had it was last year though.. oh god! and it was in the middle of mid-terms. Vicks and Ny-quil helped me though to at least not feel the symptons as bad as they are.
