I had a dream recently and its kind of bothering me a little because i think its my subconscience, but i think dreams have no meaning. What do you think about dreams?

I have pretty vivid dreams and i usually remember them. I don't know about associating them with a meaning though... i don't usually unless it's a recurring dream.
There's one i have a lot where i keep losing my teeth, it really annoyed me so i decided to have a look at what some of the definitions for it were and it turns out those types of dreams are associated with teeth grinding during your sleep. I asked my bf afterwards about it and it turns out i do indeed grind me teeth. Not all the time but it happens every once in a while.

I have the strangest dreams sometimes, although I very rarely remember them. Last night though I had a dream where I was on a team of two people, dressed all in red body armour, and together we had to fight this other team of two guys, dressed all in black. We had these laser guns, and we were jumping around in what looked like a secret underground lab trying to shoot each other. There was a reason for this, but I cant remember what it was.

I heard somewhere that dreams were simply the result of our minds processing the days events in ways it can remember better. But then I also heard from a neurologist guy on TV that the brain, when faced with no stimuli from our senses, makes it's own up. So it creates it's own visions and sounds and smells etc, because it gets 'bored'.

There's lots of theories on why we dream out there - investing within those though, is like investing within your dreams, themselves.

I consider each dream that I remember, and if I can derive much out of it, I take that to heart. Inversely, if I don't get much from it at all, I just leave it be: take what you want, leave the rest. Sorta like a salad bar
