No no, you misunderstood me. What I mean is that prog music builds around repetition of the same theme and don't really progress anywhere as such (though, obviously, there are numerous exceptions to this - there are different categories within prog as well). I'm not saying that because I don't like prog - I do like it... if you don't count this bastardised version of it some big jocks mistakenly think of as prog.
