I'm hoping that if Kerry is elected pres and replaces Rehnquist on the Supreme Court, we'll eventually have a 5-4 decision affirming medicinal MJ use.


This question is actually before the US Supreme Court right now, but most legal experts don't seem to think the justices on the conservative side will side with the sick people.

god i hate when people get so uptight about smoking pot.
it just amazes me how completely blind and unopen about the whole issue. the government really did a good job at scaring the general public.
it would seem like the majority of the people voting against pot are those strict, prude, religious female fiends that believe there is only one right way to live life and are completely unopen to any other possibilities. i really do hate this place.
