The waves shouldn't even be touching the top & bottom lines.. let alone be solid against them like that. You're cranking the volumes up on your instruments far too much.
Even disregarding the distortion, I don't like it i'm afraid.. it's too slow imho, the chords in the background don't sound like they're in the right key; they clash with the melody. There's no strong bassline I can pick out and the synth used for the main lead is horrible.. far too deep/bassy sounding. The perc is too simple also.. just a "tssch clap tssch".. no real groove to it or anything.
Not much positive I can say really... but hopefully that gives some starters. Volumes are the main prob tho

I agree with the other posters. The instruments are way too loud and distorted. Lower the db's on them. Also try making the tempo a bit faster. I'm not sure what you have the tempo set at but it just feels too slow. The original song sounds much faster. Most dance/trance tunes run between the range of 133 to 143 bpm's and it sounds as if it is below that range.
Don't think there is really that much else to comment on that hasn't already been said.
