Hi mate, I listened to this at work earlier today but couldn't reply because of the hard disk crash on TA.
But I HAD to listen again at home, because dude I think this is an AMAZING first track. Seriously, the musical ideas in here are superb! I love the bassline and chord progression, piano is really nice too.
Sound quality wise you'll get there, take Sunquest's advice to begin with. But man oh man, from 3:45 onwards your breakdown completely rocks. Awesome work!

Reminds me of my old ACID 4.0 tracks... Nice synths! could use some more E.Q in parts. What equipment/programs are you using? Remember machines do not need LOVE.

I'm impressed for a first track. It's actually very nice... and pretty phat sounding too. I remember my first stuff, although it had catchy melody-lines, the production was very tinny and raspy. I enjoyed the breakdown and breakbeats of this track the most. This is actually a good production, no lie... just get a mixing engineer to mixdown your track, and you'll have the big DJs playin it ... something you can do, is probably add some percussion or something to give the track some groove...

The tune itself is more dark, than uplifting (which is cool too)!

Sunquest has some very good points there. Maybe you can hire him to mixdown your track.
