To be fair, Arafat was a corrupt man who did cost the lives of many Israelis, many of which were civilians, which deserves condemnation, but the Palestinian people have also suffered many civilian casualties that should not be tolerated. Both the Israeli and Palestinian people deserve better lives than Arafat and Sharon have made for them.
