I squeeze from the middle or the top. But I'm the only person who uses my toothpaste, so I'm not really concerned with it.

When you have a fresh tube of toothpaste, nothing is as rewarding as giving it that first squeeze in the middle. But, once you use enough to make it pinch all the way down at a point, thats when you start using the bottom-up method, so you can utilize all of it.

thank god people have common sense here.. do you know how many lazy people that live in my house that squeeze from the middle ..

and also i see that people do not fold their toothpaste to the point that it looks like an accordian .. please .. if you can't squeeze anymore, try not to make the effort to get more toothpaste please..
