This is the first year McNabb has had a goto guy, yet he has 4 Pro-Bowl appearances prior to this season. He may not be as accurate as Peyton, but it has more to do with his receivers either a) not running the right route b) dropping the ball or c) not creating any sort of separation. I would take Vick, Culpepper or McNabb over Pennington. He's only had two full years in the league and hasn't started every one of those games.

true .. but he has just been hit with bad luck.. his stats..

CAREER 38 -- 620 937 66.2 7061 7.5 46 65 21 95.6

give him a chance .. he had a chance with lavernus coles, but he jetted out of new york for higher money, and now he is left with secondary people (not like santana moss is secondary .. he's pretty good, but for a Y receiver, not an X)

Manning makes being a Colts fan fun again. Having that many guys on offense that can make plays has to give the other teams D a headache. Our offensive line is great too. They give Manning all the time in the world to get the ball to someone. I think they'll make it pretty deep into the playoffs again this year.

The defense actually looked better than what they have in the past against the Bears. We had a lot of guys out hurt early in the season that are finally getting back up to speed. We also have a young group of guys on D, so it may be another season or two till we are good enough to go all the way. I'm perfectly happy with waiting too cause Coach Dungy is the man. 5 years after he started at Tampa Bay, they won the Super Bowl. He's in his third season as coach for the Colts.

peyton manning is incredible, i wish that had left him in the game to score some more TD's on thanksgiving though. i really wanna see like an 8 TD game from him.

Pittsburg's defense would suffocate Manning and the Colts.

The Colts defense would not contain the one-two punch of Staley and Bettis. Additionally, Pittsburg has a scary amount of speed at the receiver position and arguably the best (and healthiest) O-Line in football

I hate the steelers, but theyre looking damned good this year.

I think the Ravens could beat the Colts as well. Their defense, as has been the case over the last few years is as good as ever. As long as Jamal Lewis is in the lineup to generate some offense, this team is tough to stop.

At this point, I think Green Bay could beat the Colts. Itd be a bit of a shoot out, but with Favre and Ahman Green in the game, the Packers can generate too much O, especially against the Colts' weak D.

Lets not forget the Patriots already beat them.

But Pat's beat the Colts first game while Colts played away

And the Colts already beat the Pack

I think the Ravens suck and would lose, but you may be right.

And the Steelers would destroy the Colts, the Colts D would give up so many points.

this is going to be a very interesting december..
if indy keeps this up, very tough to stop ..

new england and pittsburgh better start looking behind them, because the other two potential division winners (san diego and indy) look darn good on offense, and a little suspect on defense, but do one thing that is good for the team .. create turnovers, so the offense can get the ball ..

as much as baltimore is good on defense (i love their defense .. i was hooked on ed reed ever since miami, and when those dumb mel kiper and junkies said he was too slow for the nfl, and wasnt equipped to stop the run, i said bullsh!t .. now look at him now .. and what can you say about ray lewis), they can't catch up to pittsburgh's run right now .

the biggest thing is not give indy homefield .. the dome plays a big advantage to them .. something they haven't had in the past .. one thing peyton manning cannot do, and that's play in cold weather .. he plays horrible in the tundras .. 3 of next 5 games at home, then 2 away at Houston (blowout again .. ) and at Denver (interesting here..) .. two home games very interesting is vs Baltimore and San Diego .. wtf ?? who would have thought of that being huge 3 months ago ??

very interesting to see what's going to happen..

I really like what the Chargers are doing, they seem to have it all, they probably just lack experience in big games, but thats pretty overated in the NFL.Im still pissed the Dolphins didnt draft Brees when they had the chance. The AFC is very unpredictable right now.
In the NFC its between Atlanta, philly and the Vikings, pretty simple.Packers might make a nice little run but nah.

Why is it that when a Rookie QB is drafted the starter for the first year puts up great numbers and is good. Kitna - Palmer, Brees - Rivers.

Should be a good December, hopefully my Jags and Jets will both make the playoffs both as wild cards. I can definitly see a Eagles v Pats Superbowl but thats if Philly steps it up in the Championship game.

1- very true. kitna and brees.
2- jets.. probably yes.. jags.. not enough.. i say ravens and jets as wild cards.
3- super bowl : eagles vs. colts .. crazy idea .. but colts and steelers take the first round off .. pats beat the baltimore .. (again) and chargers beat the jets in a close one .. then the steelers take down san diego, and the colts win a offensive slugfest versus the pats .. then the colts upset the steelers at pittsburgh .. i'm talking crazy here ..
