I think that you will find that people buy this music because they like it, not because Minstry produces it. They are simply giving people what they want.
Maybe MoS realised that making albums for the commercial market does not make money. How horrible is the concept of a business looking to make money and not stay true to musical quality? |
Well, they realised that making commercial albums does make money, that's why they've changed over the last couple of years. And when you say "people", you're refering to the general music-listening public. What we're all complaining about is that "people" used to refer to us. But once MoS realised they could make more money by selling commercial rubbish, they started selling commercial rubbish.

I know that membership into the edm snob club involves not liking commercial or cheesy releases but I am bound to buy this album just to chuck it on when I have people in my car that like other types of music, because even they like this stuff, and its much more tolerable than rock or r&b music. |
If you want to go out and buy this compilation, then go right ahead. As long as you like what you're listening to it doesn't matter what everyone else thinks. But people dont diss cheese music so everyone thinks they're cool, they diss it because it's crap. If you like crap, good for you. Most here don't, and that's why they're winging about MoS. Because it puts out crap.
