ya just pop around online look for some great tracks that you really like the sound of. Also if you have a local record store head over there and browse through there bins nothing quite like feeling the vinyl in your hands plus your supporting your local scene.

that DJ Darra one is Dnb unless theres another DJ with that name

one way to find tracks is to search for samples on the internet, i used to use a p2p program like kazaa or soulseek, do a search on trance music or a certain artist and check out the results.

if you try that you'll want to have virus protection cus you can get some comp killers if ur not carefull and im not kidding - my computer wont even read the windowsXP instalation cd

but if youve got protection its a good way to find tracks, altho its not always 100%, sometimes you look for a track and end up with something totally random. dont always get what ur looking for unless you keep trying

but yea, if u find a track you like, make a list so you can go out and find them on vinyl, saves you from buying a record youve never heard that you end up regretting - which sucks cus records arent always cheap

like 95% of ALL my trance records are from Chemical-records...

and that other 5% is from this local shop that was open the first couple of months i started DJ-ing about 4 years ago and soon after it closed down... so i just started buying from there...

best place to get Trance records imo...

yea chemicalrecords.co.uk is the best for trance as far as i know...

just make sure to buy records you like... you can start with some classics on ebay just like i did... i knew the tracks and i wanted to buy them on vinyl and it turned out its was the best way to start.

and dont be afraid to leave the record store with out buying something... (if you dont find something good that is)

You guys knock those packages on ebay, but let me tell you a little story. I bought one of those lots (everything in the lot was named, no surprises). Bought it for like 30 bucks for 30 records. I bought the lot for only 3 out of those 30, RARE vinyls. Got em, found a couple more I liked out of the group and ended up way ahead in the deal. I would suggest not automatically discounting lots. Look through them, sometimes there's some stuff in there that would be near to impossible to get otherwise.

Speaking of which, if anyone wants the other 24-25 records out of that lot that I don't want, I will sell em cheap
