I have used Axis 9's for around a year now... I haven't had any problems. And if im correct, the only major difference between the axis8 from the 9 is the 9 has a touch sensitive pad. It's probably gonna be fairly reliable.
btw, i just had to crack one about the kit being pre-wired. no hard feelings.

the info was just a cut and paste...so i'm not emphasising the pre wiring lol...thats just total newbie if you can't hook up gear. i feel its a bit newbie buying a package lol...but the gear looks good (for the price, so lay off :haha
and yes, beatport will be a nice option...to bad there wasn't a system like napster around for only EDM, where all the new stuff released (along with rarer stuff)is available at your finger tips for $1-1.50 per song at 192kpbs quality. if thats ever created, that will be one sweet deal, get everything you dream to own, and legal to, so the scene won't die.
