If there's other clubs in North America, too, who want to book that DJ, you can share air fare (Mauro Picotto had 1st class tickets and 5 star hotel requests on his waivers). I could send you what he made US (and Oakenfold for that matter for what he asked for to play Ottawa), but I won't post it.
