I think that's very cool that you were able to share that with us... this is the kinda stuff i love TA for. Glad to hear you pulled through (i've been in that situation myself, although never made it to the hospital). I guess i learned that its not our situation that makes us depressed, its how we perceive it. I just learned to perceive it differently, as you too, have learned. Good luck, and glad to have you back!

Yeah.. I've been there myself, and I've come to a personal understanding that the medical/psychology community lacks alot of skills to help the person. Simply, they're completely ignorant of other alternative therapies and medicine out there. All they do is give you pills, pills, and pills. And just like you, I decided to take direct responsibility, instead of sitting back waiting for something or somebody to fix whatever is wrong.
